Common use of Legality, Validity and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Legality, Validity and Enforceability. Each of the Operative Documents to which the Loan Parties are a party is a legal, valid and binding obligation of each such Loan Party, as the case may be, enforceable against the Loan Parties, as the case may be, in accordance with its terms, subject only to bankruptcy and similar laws and principles of equity. None of the Operative Documents to which the Loan Parties are a party has been amended or modified except in accordance with this Agreement.
