Common use of Legally Binding Clause in Contracts

Legally Binding. The Client hereby agrees that this Agreement (including the terms of the Electronic Trading Service) and all the terms herein shall be binding upon the Client and the Client’s heirs, estate, executors, representatives, successors and assignees. All actions taken by USL in accordance with such laws, rules and regulations shall be binding on the Client.
