Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent the Employee is required by law to disclose any Confidential Information, the Employee will be permitted to do so, provided that notice of this requirement is delivered to the Company in a timely manner, so that the Company may contest such potential disclosure.

Legally Required Disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent If any court or agency requests the Employee is required by law to disclose any Confidential Information, then the Employee will shall promptly notify the Company and take reasonable steps to prevent such disclosure until the Company receives such notice and has an opportunity to respond to such court or agency. If the Employee obtains information that may be permitted to do so, provided that notice of this requirement is delivered subject to the Company in a timely manner, so that attorney-client privilege of the Company may contest or any Affiliate, then the Employee shall take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of such potential disclosureinformation and to preserve such privilege.
