Legend Requirement. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 7, each Warrant and each certificate for Warrant Stock initially issued upon the exercise of this Warrant, and each certificate for Warrant Stock issued to any subsequent transferee of any such certificate, shall be stamped or otherwise imprinted with a legend in substantially the following form.
