Legended Share Certificates. Exchangeco will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Beneficiaries of their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Voting Rights in respect of the Exchangeable Shares of the Beneficiaries.
Legended Share Certificates. The Corporation will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Beneficiaries of their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Voting Rights in respect of the Exchangeable Shares of the Beneficiaries.

(a) their right with respect to the exercise of the Insolvency Exchange Right in respect of the Exchangeable Non-Voting Shares held by a Shareholder; and
(b) the Automatic Exchange Rights.
Legended Share Certificates. Canadian Sub will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Beneficiaries of:
(a) their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Exchange Right in respect of the Exchangeable Shares held by a Beneficiary; and
(b) the Automatic Exchange Rights.

Acquisitionco will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Beneficiaries of their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Voting Rights in respect of the Exchangeable Shares of the Beneficiaries.

(a) their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Insolvency Exchange Right in respect of the Exchangeable Shares held by a Shareholder; and

Legended Share Certificates. PTI Holdco will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Holders of their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Voting Rights with respect to the Exchangeable Shares held by a Holder.
Legended Share Certificates. RVI Sub will cause each certificate representing Exchangeable Shares to bear an appropriate legend notifying the Holders of their right to instruct the Trustee with respect to the exercise of the Voting Rights with respect to the Exchangeable Shares held by a Holder.
