Exchangeable Shares definition

Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;
Exchangeable Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereto.

  • Accidental failure or omission to give any notice, request or other communication to one or more holders of Exchangeable Shares shall not invalidate or otherwise alter or affect any action or proceeding to be taken by the Corporation pursuant thereto.
