Legionella. Notwithstanding exclusion ‘Legionella’, the insurer will indemnify the insured and any other insured party for all sums (including claimants’ costs and expenses) which the insured becomes legally liable to pay in respect of any claim(s) first made against the insured and notified to the insurer during the period of insurance resulting from legionella causing bodily injury, personal injury, damage or denial of access except that the insurer shall not be liable for: a) any claims which arise out of any circumstances notified to previous insurers or known to the insured at the inception of this policy; b) any claims for bodily injury or personal injury arising from employment; c) any claims made against the insured for legionella where the insured event giving rise to the claim happened prior to the inception date stated in the schedule.
