Legislative Post Audit Sample Clauses
Legislative Post Audit. In the event that an audit of this Contract is conducted by the Legislative Division of Post Audit, neither of the Parties shall prohibit or prevent the Legislative Division of Post Audit from accessing information regarding the execution and/or performance of this Contract as is allowed by law. This provision shall not be construed so as to prevent either Party from taking legally permissible steps to protect against the production or dissemination of confidential or privileged information held by that or either Party and sought in connection with any such audit, or otherwise.
Legislative Post Audit. No party to this Agreement shall prohibit or prevent the Legislative Division of Post Audit from having access pursuant to K.S.A. 46-1101 et seq. to any records, documents, or other information confidential or otherwise regarding or relating to the execution and/or performance of this contract.
