Legitimate Product Features Clause Samples

Legitimate Product Features shall not prohibit a Licensed Product or a component thereof from incorporating legitimate features (i.e. zooming, scaling, cropping, picture-in-picture, compression, recompression, image overlays, overlap of windows in a graphical user interface, audio mixing and equalization, video mixing and keying, down-sampling, up-sampling and line doubling or conversion between widely-used formats for the transport, processing and display of audiovisual signals or data, such as between analog and digital formats and between PAL and NTSC or RGB and YUV formats, as well as other features as may be added to the foregoing list from time to time by Licensor by amendment to these Compliance Rules) that are not prohibited by law, and such features shall not be deemed to strip, obscure, or change the value of Presently Known Watermark Technologies.
