Common use of Lender Addendum Clause in Contracts

Lender Addendum. Each Lender a party to the Prior Credit Agreement on the Original Closing Date has delivered to the Administrative Agent a Lender Addendum duly executed by such Lender, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. In addition, each Lender to become a party to this Agreement on the Closing Date shall do so by delivering to the Administrative Agent a Lender Addendum duly executed by such Lender, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
