Common use of Lender Advertising Clause in Contracts

Lender Advertising. The Agents and the Lenders shall be entitled to advertise the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in such trade publications, business journals, newspapers of general circulation and otherwise, as the Agents and the Lenders shall deem appropriate, including, without limitation, the publication of a tombstone announcing the closing of this transaction.

Lender Advertising. The Agents and the Lenders shall be entitled to advertise the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in such trade publications, business journals, newspapers of general circulation and otherwise, as the Agents and the Lenders shall deem appropriate, including, without limitation, the publication of a tombstone announcing the closing of this transaction; provided that the Agents and the Lenders shall obtain written consent of the Borrower prior to disseminating any advertisement described in this Section 13.21 which consent shall not be reasonably withheld.

Lender Advertising. The Agents and the Participating Lenders shall be entitled to advertise the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in such trade publications, business journals, newspapers of general circulation and otherwise, as the Agents and the Lenders shall deem appropriate, including, without limitation, the publication of a tombstone announcing the closing of this transaction; provided, that the Agents and the Lenders shall obtain the prior written consent of the Borrower prior to disseminating any advertisement described in this Section 17.23, which consent shall not be reasonably withheld.
