Common use of Lender Appointed Attorney-in-Fact Clause in Contracts

Lender Appointed Attorney-in-Fact. Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints Lender as Borrower’s attorney-in-fact, with full authority in the place and stead of Borrower and in the name of Borrower following the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing, so as to permit Lender to take any action and to execute any instrument that Lender may deem necessary or advisable to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement, including but not limited to continuing perfection of Lender’s security interest.
