Lender Approval of Instruments and Parties. All proceedings taken in accordance with transactions provided for herein, and the persons responsible for the execution and preparation thereof, must be reasonably satisfactory to and subject to approval by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx’s counsel must be provided with copies of all documents which they may reasonably request in connection with the Agreement.
