Common use of Lender Calls Clause in Contracts

Lender Calls. Following the delivery of the financial statements pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b), as applicable, the Borrower shall host a conference call with the Lenders, at a time to be mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, to review the financial results of operation and the financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries; it being understood and agreed that this Section 6.18 shall be satisfied by any quarterly earnings call held by the Borrower or any parent entity thereof to investors of its public equity securities.

Following the delivery of the financial statements pursuant to Section 6.01(a5.01(a) or (b), as applicable, the Borrower shall will host a conference call with the Lenders, at a time to be mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, to review the financial results of operation and the financial condition of information presented therein; provided, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries; it being understood and agreed that this Section 6.18 shall will be satisfied by any quarterly earnings call held by the Borrower or any parent entity thereof required to investors of its public equity securitieshost no more than four such calls per Fiscal Year.
