Common use of Lender Consent Clause in Contracts

Lender Consent. Each Person signing a Lender Consent (a) approves the Credit Agreement, (b) authorizes and appoints the Administrative Agent as its agent in accordance with the terms of Article VIII, (c) authorizes the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver this Agreement on its behalf, (d) is a Lender hereunder and therefore shall have all the rights and obligations of a Lender under this Agreement as if such Person had directly executed and delivered a signature page to this Agreement and (e) has consented to, approved or accepted or is satisfied with, each document or other matter required under Section 4.1 to be consented to or approved by or be acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender.
