Lender Consultants Sample Clauses
Lender Consultants. At Borrower’s expense, Lender shall have the right to employ an inspecting architect, engineer or consultant with respect to a Project. Borrower shall pay immediately upon demand the fees and expenses of any architect, engineer or consultant employed by Lender for the purpose of reviewing plans or otherwise engaged by Lender with respect to any Project.
Lender Consultants. Upon the request of the Required Lenders, the Agent may retain, at the expense of the Borrower, a financial consultant for the Lenders, to review and monitor the operations, historical financial statements, projections, Budget, Business Plan of the Borrower, work product of the Borrower's Financial Consultant, and such other aspects of the Borrower's business as may be requested by the Lenders.
Lender Consultants. Lender may, at its sole discretion, hire one or more consultants (the “Lender’s Consultants”) in connection with Lender’s review and approval of the Entitlement Submittals and changes thereto, the Remaining Entitlements, and any Material Agreements, all at Borrower’s sole cost and expense.
