Common use of Lender Credit Decision Clause in Contracts

Lender Credit Decision. Each Lender acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, the Arranger or any other Lender and based on the financial statements prepared by the Borrower and such other documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, the Arranger or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem 110 appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon on the Administrative Agent, the Arranger Syndication Agents or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem 110 deems appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Each Lender also acknowledges and agrees that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, the Arranger or any other Lender such party and based on such documents and information as it shall deem 110 appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Senior Administrative Agent, the Arranger Administrative Agent or any other Lender and based on such documents and information as it shall deem 110 appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
