Lender Credit Decisions. Each Lender acknowledges that it has, independently of and without reliance upon Agent or any of the other Lenders, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party. Each Lender also acknowledges that it will, independently of and without reliance upon Agent or any of the other Lenders, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents and in determining the compliance or lack thereof by Borrower and any other Person with any provision of any Loan Document or other document or agreement.
