Common use of Lender-Creditor Relationship Clause in Contracts

Lender-Creditor Relationship. The relationship between the Lending Parties and Administrative Agent, on the one hand, and the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties, on the other, is solely that of creditor and debtor. Neither any Lending Party nor Administrative Agent has (or will be deemed to have) any fiduciary relationship or duty to the Borrowers or any other Loan Party arising out of or in connection with, and there is no agency or joint venture relationship between the Lending Parties and Administrative Agent, on the one hand, and the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties, on the other, by virtue of this Agreement or any other Loan Document or any of the Transactions contemplated herein or therein.
