Common use of Lender Licenses Clause in Contracts

Lender Licenses. Lender shall not be required solely as a result of financing the Collateral or the pledge to Lender of the Collateral to be licensed, registered or approved or to obtain permits or otherwise qualify (i) to do business in any State in which it is not currently so required or (ii) under any State consumer lending, fair debt collection or other applicable State statute or regulation.
