Common use of Lender Meeting Clause in Contracts

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s 's principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) or by conference call at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgent (it being understood that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Company shall not be required to reimburse any Lender for its cost of attending any such meeting).

Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company Holdings and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders at least once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of or, at Company’s option, teleconference with Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent Agents or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents.

Company will, upon the request of Syndication Agent, Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company Holdings and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgent to discuss topics including, but not limited to, the current Fiscal Year's Financial Plan and the outlook and projections for Company for the next two Fiscal Years.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting (which may take the form of a videoconference or conference call) of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Syndication Agent, Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company Holdings and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgent to discuss topics including, but not limited to, the current Fiscal Year's Financial Plan and the outlook and projections for the Company's lines of business for the next two Fiscal Years.

Lender Meeting. Holdings and Company will, upon the request of Arranger, Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal Holdings's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.other

Company will, upon the request of Arranger, Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. The Company will, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at the Company’s 's principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by the Company and the Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by the Company and the Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s 's principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

The Company will, upon the request of Administrative the Required Lenders or the Agent or Requisite Lendersand at the expense of the Company, participate in a meeting of Administrative the Lenders and the Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at the Company’s principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by the Company and Administrative the Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by the Company and Administrative the Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Administrative Agent Agents or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each 107 Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents.

Lender Meeting. Company and each other Borrower will, upon the request of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative 111 Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s 's principal offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the written request of Administrative Agent Agents or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent Agents and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative AgentAgents.

The Company will, upon the request of the Co-Syndication Agents, the Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of the Co-Syndication Agents, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at the Parent’s corporate offices, or the Company’s principal corporate offices if requested by the Lenders (or at such other location as may be agreed to by the Company and the Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by the Co-Syndication Agents, the Company and the Administrative Agent.

Lender Meeting. Company will, upon the request of Syndication Agent, Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders once during each Fiscal Year to be held at Company’s principal 's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent.
