Common use of Lender Meeting Clause in Contracts

Lender Meeting. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, each Borrower will participate in a meeting of Agent and Lenders at least once during each Fiscal Year to be held at such Borrower's corporate offices (or such other location as may be agreed to by such Borrower and Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by such Borrower and Agent.

Lender Meeting. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, each Borrower will participate in a meeting of Administrative Agent and Lenders at least once during each Fiscal Year to be held at such Borrower's corporate offices (or such other location as may be agreed to by such Borrower and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by such Borrower and Administrative Agent."

Without in any way limiting The Borrowers will, upon the foregoingrequest of Administrative Agent or Requisite Lenders, each Borrower will participate in a meeting of Agent Agents and Lenders at least once during each Fiscal Year to be held at such BorrowerCompany's corporate offices (or at such other location as may be agreed to by such Borrower the Borrowers and Administrative Agent) at such time as may be agreed to by such Borrower the Borrowers and AgentAdministrative Agent to discuss topics including, but not limited to, the current Fiscal Year's Financial Plan and the outlook and projections for the Borrowers for the next two Fiscal Years.
