Common use of Lender Transfer Clause in Contracts

Lender Transfer. Upon the transfer of all or any part of the Indebtedness, Lender may transfer all or any part of its interest in the Collateral and shall be fully discharged thereafter from all liability and responsibility with respect to such interest in the Collateral so transferred, and the transferee shall be vested with all the rights and powers of Lender hereunder with respect to such interest in the Collateral so transferred.
