Lenders Assigns. This Guaranty is for the benefit of Administrative Agent and the Lenders and their successors and assigns, and in the event of an assignment of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any part thereof, the rights and benefits hereunder, to the extent applicable to the Guaranteed Obligations so assigned, may be transferred with such Guaranteed Obligations. Guarantor waives notice of any transfer or assignment of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any part thereof, and agrees that failure to give notice of any such transfer or assignment will not affect the liabilities of Guarantor hereunder.
