Common use of Lender’s Attorneys’ Fees and Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Lender’s Attorneys’ Fees and Disbursements. Borrower agrees to pay Lender’s attorney fees and disbursements incurred in connection with this Loan, including (i) the preparation of this Agreement, any intercreditor agreements and the other Loan Documents and the preparation of the closing binders, (ii) the disbursement, syndication, amendment, and administration of the Loan and (iii) the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Borrower agrees to pay Lender’s documented attorney fees and disbursements incurred in connection with this Loanthe Obligations, including (i) the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement, any intercreditor agreements Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the preparation of the closing binders, (ii) the disbursement, syndication, amendment, and administration of the Loan Loans and (iii) the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Each Borrower agrees to pay Lender’s attorney reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements incurred in connection with this the Loan, including (i) the preparation of this Agreement, any intercreditor agreements and the other Loan Documents and the preparation of the closing binders, (ii) the disbursement, syndication, amendment, syndication and administration of the Loan Loan, (iii) any amendment, consent, waiver, workout or restructuring relative to the Loan, and (iiiiv) the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Lender’s Attorneys’ Fees and Disbursements. Borrower agrees to pay Lender’s actual and reasonable attorney fees and actual third party disbursements incurred in connection with this Loan, including including: (ia) the preparation of this Agreement, any intercreditor agreements and the other Loan Documents and the preparation of the closing binders, ; (iib) the disbursement, syndication, amendment, and administration of the Loan Loan; and (iiic) the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
