Lenders' Cooperation. The Lenders agree to cooperate among themselves and with the Agent and from time to time upon the Agent’s request, to execute and deliver such papers as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Agent, in its capacity as lead lender and servicer, to effectively administer and service the Loan and each Lender’s Senior Credit Note in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.
