Common use of Lender's Counsel Clause in Contracts

Lender's Counsel. All legal matters incident to this Agreement shall be satisfactory to counsel for the Lender, and the Borrower shall have reimbursed the Lender for the fees and expenses of Lender’s counsel in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and all matters incident thereto.
