Common use of Lenders’ Credit Decisions Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ Credit Decisions. Each Creditor agrees that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, any other Creditor or the directors, officers, agents, employees or attorneys of any other Creditor, and instead in reliance upon information supplied to it by or on behalf of Parent and Borrowers and upon such other information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own independent credit analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement. Each Creditor also agrees that it shall, independently and without reliance upon any other Creditor or the directors, officers, agents, employees or attorneys of any other Creditor, continue to make its own independent credit analyses and decisions in acting or not acting under the Loan Documents.

Each Creditor also Lender agrees that it shall, independently and without reliance upon any other Creditor or the directors, officers, agents, employees or attorneys of any other Creditorthereof, continue to make its own independent credit analyses and decisions in acting or not acting under the Loan Documents.
