Lender’s Decision and Notice. The Lender shall have a right to refuse to make the Individual Loan (including the Refinancing Loan) for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion during the Term of this Agreement. In the event that the Lender decides not to make the Individual Loan, the Lender shall notify the Borrower of the decision with the reason affixed thereto by 11:00 A.M on the first Business Day prior to the Desired Drawdown Date.
