Common use of Lenders Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Lenders Disbursement. (a) If it is mutually agreed that the conditions set out in Clause 4 (Conditions of Utilisation) and Clause 5.1 (Delivery of a Utilisation Request) to Clause 5.3 (Currency and amount) above have been met, the Lender shall make the Loan available on the Utilisation Date through its Facility Office.
