Lender’s Duties. The rights granted to the Lender in this Agreement are solely for its protection and nothing herein contained imposes on the Lender any duties with respect to any property of the Borrower or Standby Creditor heretofore or hereafter received by the Lender beyond the reasonable care in the custody and preservation of such property while in the Lender’s possession.
