Common use of Lenders Not Clause in Contracts

Lenders Not. Relying on Administrative Agent or Other ---------------------------------------------------- Lenders. ------- Each Lender acknowledges as follows: (a) Neither the Administrative Agent nor any other Lender has made any representations or warranties to it, and no act taken hereafter by the Administrative Agent or any other Lender shall be deemed to constitute any representation or warranty by the Administrative Agent or such other Lender to it. (b) It has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent or any other Lender, and based upon such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit and legal analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. (c) It will, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent or any other Lender, and based upon such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, make its own decisions to take or not take action under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
