Lenders' Obligations Several; No Partnership. The obligations of each Lender under this Agreement are several. The failure of any Lender to carry out its obligations hereunder shall not relieve the other Lenders of any of their respective obligations hereunder. No Lender shall be responsible for the obligations of any other Lender hereunder. Neither the entering into of this Agreement nor the completion of any transactions contemplated herein shall constitute the Lenders a partnership.
