LENDER'S PAYMENT OF CLAIMS. Lender may, in its sole discretion, discharge or obtain the release of any security interest, lien, claim or encumbrance asserted by any person against the Collateral. All sums paid by Lender in respect thereof shall be payable, on demand, by Borrower to Lender and shall be a part of the Indebtedness.
