Lender's Right to Appointment of Receiver. Lender, as a matter of right and (i) without regard to the sufficiency of the security for repayment of the Debt and without notice to Borrower, (ii) without any showing of insolvency, fraud, or mismanagement on the part of Borrower, (iii) without the necessity of filing any judicial or other proceeding other than the proceeding for appointment of a receiver, and (iv) without regard to the then value of the Property, shall be entitled to the appointment of a receiver or receivers for the protection, possession, control, management and operation of the Property, including (without limitation), the power to collect the Rents, enforce this Security Instrument and, in case of a sale and deficiency, during the full statutory period of redemption (if any), whether there be a redemption or not, as well as during any further times when Borrower, except for the intervention of such receiver, would be entitled to collection of such Rents. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to the appointment of a receiver or receivers. Any receiver appointed pursuant to the provisions of this subsection shall have the usual powers and duties of receivers in such matters.
