Common use of Lending of Securities Clause in Contracts

Lending of Securities. If any Portfolio is permitted by the terms of the Articles of Incorporation and the Prospectus to lend Securities, then the Board of Directors may approve a separate written agreement between the Company and the Custodian authorizing the Custodian to lend such Securities. Such agreement may provide for the payment of additional reasonable compensation to the Custodian.

If any Portfolio is permitted by the terms of the Articles of Incorporation Master Trust Agreement and the Prospectus to lend Securities, then the Board of Directors Trustees may approve a separate written agreement between the Company Trust and the Custodian authorizing the Custodian to lend such Securities. Such agreement may provide for the payment of additional reasonable compensation to the Custodian.
