Common use of Lending Offices Clause in Contracts

Lending Offices. Each Bank may, at its option, elect to make its Loans hereunder at the branch, office or affiliate specified in its respective Administrative Questionnaire or in the assignment agreement which any assignee bank executes pursuant to Section 11.12 hereof (each a “Lending Office”) for each type of Loan available hereunder or at such other of its branches, offices or affiliates as it may from time to time elect and designate in a written notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, so long as such election does not increase costs or other amounts payable by the Borrower to such Bank hereunder.
