Length of Member Commitment. 21 Each Member hereby agrees that each of its Permits will remain enrolled in the Sector for 22 the entire fishing year following the date on which such Member enrolled in the Sector 23 (the “Commitment Period”); provided, however, that if NMFS shall not approve the 24 Sector’s Operations Plan and Agreement, as the same may be amended, for any fishing 25 year during a Member’s Commitment Period, then the obligation of such Member shall 26 terminate on the last day of the last fishing year for which the Sector’s Operation Plan 27 and Agreement shall have received approval from NMFS.
