LENGTH OF TIME FOR AID AND ASSISTANCE; RENEWABILITY; RECALL. A. Unless otherwise provided, the duration of Provider's assistance shall be presumed to be for an initial period of twenty-four (24) hours, starting from the time of arrival. Thereafter, assistance may be extended as the situation warrants for periods agreed upon by the authorized representatives of Provider and Recipient.
