Common use of Lessee and the Sub Clause in Contracts

Lessee and the Sub. Lessee shall have executed and delivered to Lessor a security assignment in respect of the Sub-Lease together with an acknowledgment of such assignment, and, if requested by Lessor or any Lessor Lender, Lessee and the Sub-Lessee shall have executed and delivered to Lessor and any mortgagee an acknowledgment of any assignment by Lessor of such security agreement to such mortgagee, each such document to be in a form reasonably acceptable to the Lessor;
