Lessee History Sample Clauses

Lessee History. Without limiting Buyer’s rights under this Article X or Article XI, Seller shall provide to Buyer, within 30 days of the Execution Date, a summary corporate or transactional history for purposes of assisting Buyer in determining how lessees other than Seller or a Selling Subsidiary identified in Exhibit A are related to Seller or a Selling Subsidiary. Such history shall be given without any representation or warranty of any kind, shall be subject to the disclaimers set forth in Section 10.4, and shall not be subject to Article XII.

  • Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all insurance company requirements pertaining to the use of the Premises. If Tenant’s conduct or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

  • LANDLORD The covenants and obligations contained in this Lease on the part of Landlord are binding on Landlord, its successors, and assigns only during their respective period of ownership of an interest in the Building. In the event of any transfer or transfers of such title to the Building, Landlord (and, in the case of any subsequent transfers or conveyances, the then grantor) shall be concurrently freed and relieved from and after the date of such transfer or conveyance, without any further instrument or agreement, of all liability with respect to the performance of any covenants or obligations on the part of Landlord contained in this Lease thereafter to be performed.
