Lessee May Not Obligate Lessor. Nothing contained herein nor any action or inaction by the Lessor shall be construed as (a) constituting the consent or request of the Lessor, express or implied, to any contractor, subcontractor, laborer, materialman or vendor to or for the performance of any labor or services for any construction, alteration, addition, repair or demolition of or to the Leased Property or (b) giving the Lessee any right, power or permission to contract for or permit the performance of any labor or services or the furnishing of any materials or other property in such fashion as would permit the making of any claim against the Lessor for the payment thereof or to make any agreement that may create, or in any way be the basis for, any right, title or interest in, or Lien or claim against, the estate of the Lessor in the Leased Property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right title and interest of the Lessor in and to the Leased Property shall not be subject to liens or encumbrances for the performance of any labor or services or the furnishing of any materials or other property furnished to the Leased Property at or by the request of the Lessee or any other Person other than the Lessor. The Lessee shall notify any contractor, subcontractor, laborer, materialman or vendor providing any labor, services or materials to the Leased Property of this provision.
