Common use of Lessee must insure Clause in Contracts

Lessee must insure. The Lessee must keep current during the Term: 7.1.1. Public risk insurance for at least the amount in Item 9 (or any other amount the Council reasonably requires) for each claim; 7.1.2. All insurance in respect of the Lessee's Equipment for its full replacement value; and 7.1.3. Other insurances required by any Statutory Requirement or which the Council reasonably requires.

Lessee must insure. The Lessee must keep current during the Term: 7.1.1. Public 9.1.1 public risk insurance for at least the amount in Item 9 8 (or any other amount the Council reasonably requires) for each claim; 7.1.2. All 9.1.2 all insurance in respect of the Lessee's ’s Equipment for its full replacement value; 9.1.3 plate glass insurance if requested by Council against usual risks; and 7.1.3. Other 9.1.4 other insurances required by any Statutory Requirement or which the Council reasonably requires.

Public risk 10.1.1 public liability insurance for at least the amount in Item 9 (or 8 of Schedule 1(or any other amount the Council reasonably requires) for each claim; 7.1.2. All 10.1.2 all insurance in respect of the Lessee's ’s Equipment for its full replacement value; and 7.1.3. Other 10.1.3 other insurances required by any Statutory Requirement or which the Council reasonably requires.

Public 9.1.1 public risk insurance for at least the amount in Item 9 13 of Schedule 1 (or any other amount the Council reasonably requires) for each claim; 7.1.2. All 9.1.2 all insurance in respect of the Lessee's ’s Improvements and the Lessee’s Equipment for its full replacement value; and 7.1.3. Other 9.1.3 other insurances required by any Statutory Requirement or which the Council reasonably requires.
