Common use of Lessee Remediation Clause in Contracts

Lessee Remediation. Lessee shall not cause or permit its employees, agents, contractors or invitees to cause any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under, or about the Premises (including through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) and shall promptly, at Lessee’s expense, comply with all Applicable Requirements and take all investigatory and/or remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or required, for the cleanup of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or monitoring of the Premises or neighboring properties, that was caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises during the term of this Lease, by or for Lessee, or its employees, agents or contractors or any third party.

Lessee Remediation. Lessee shall not cause or permit its employees, agents, contractors or invitees to cause any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under, or about the Premises (including through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) except as does not trigger any reporting requirement under Applicable Requirements and shall promptly, at Lessee’s expense, comply with all Applicable Requirements and take all investigatory and/or remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or required, required under Applicable Requirements for the cleanup of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or monitoring of the Premises or neighboring properties, that was caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises during the term of this Lease, by or for Lessee, or its employees, agents or contractors or any third partyparty acting at the direction of Lessee.

Lessee Remediation. Lessee shall not cause or permit its employees, agents, contractors or invitees to cause any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under, or about the Premises (including through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) and shall promptly, at Lessee’s 's expense, comply with all Applicable Requirements and take all investigatory and/or remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or required, for the cleanup to concentration levels set forth in the Applicable Requirements or, if none, to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or monitoring of the Premises or neighboring properties, that was caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises during the term of this Lease, by or for Lessee, or its employees, agents or contractors or any third party.

Lessee Remediation. Lessee LESSEE shall not cause or permit its employees, agents, contractors or invitees to cause any Hazardous Substance hazardous substance to be spilled or released in, on, under, under or about the Premises (including premises, including, without limitation, through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) , and shall promptly, at LesseeLESSEE’s expense, comply with all Applicable Requirements applicable federal, state and local requirements and recommendations of CITY’s engineers or consultants, and take all investigatory and/or and remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or required, for the cleanup of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or or monitoring of the Premises premises or neighboring properties, that was caused or materially contributed to by LesseeLESSEE, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance hazardous substance brought onto the Premises premises during the term of this LeaseLEASE, by or for LesseeLESSEE, or its employees, agents or contractors or any third party.

Lessee Remediation. Lessee shall not cause or permit its agents, employees, agentscontractors , contractors or invitees to cause any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under, or about the Premises (including through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system) in violation of Environmental Law and shall promptly, at Lessee’s 's expense, comply with all Applicable Requirements and take all investigatory and/or remedial action reasonably recommended, whether or not formally ordered or requiredrequired under Applicable Requirements, for the cleanup of any contamination of, and for the maintenance, security and/or monitoring of the Premises or neighboring properties, that was caused or materially contributed to by Lessee, or pertaining to or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises during the term of this Lease, by or for Lessee, or its agents, employees, agents or contractors or any third partyand invitees.
