LESSEE SHALL REIMBURSE LESSOR. In the event the Lessor shall be required to pay any sum whatsoever in behalf of the Lessee's responsibility or liability, the Lessee shall reimburse the Lessor for any sums thus paid, and reasonable expenses caused thereby.
