Lessee To Equip Facility. The Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall install, affix or assemble or place on the Leased Property, sufficient items of Tangible Personal Property, to enable the Leased Property to be operated, in accordance with the requirements of this Lease for the Primary Intended Use, and such Tangible Personal Property and replacements thereof, shall be at all times the property of the Lessee.
