Lessee to Obtain Workmen's Compensation Insurance. Lessee shall maintain and keep in force all employees' compensation insurance required under the laws of the State of florida, and such other insurance as may be necessary to protect Lessor against any other liability to persons or property arising hereunder by operation of law, whether such law is now in force or is adopted subsequent to the execution hereof.
