Lessee to pay for Services. The Lessee will as and when the same become due for payment pay to the Lessor or to any other person or body authorised to supply the same all proper charges for gas, electricity, water or other services supplied to the Lessee or consumed in or on the Premises, by the Lessee.

Lessee to pay for Services. If any services are not separately metered, then the Lessee shall pay the amount that the Lessor reasonably assesses to be the proportion that is payable by the Lessee. The Lessee shall also be required to pay for water usage as requested from the Lessor.
