LESSEE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION. The Lessee shall provide, upon the request of the RESD Director or the Agriculture Director, any information relating to the Lessee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement, the Act, the Regulations and the Policies.
