Common use of Lessee Utility Obligations Clause in Contracts

Lessee Utility Obligations. With the exception of the above utilities and services, Lessee will arrange and pay for all utility connections and services and distribution of such utilities within the Premises. At the end of this Lease, Lessee shall arrange for such utility services to be terminated and for the final bill to be sent to Xxxxxx. Lessee shall be liable for all utility charges that accrue if it fails to so terminate services.
